John and Chris Jacobson served at the Happy Church from 2005-2022 and are now retired; however, they frequently come back from Ohio to minister at the church. John served as the Executive Pastor, and Chris served as Services Coordinator. Chris grew up in Toledo, and John in Columbus. After leaving Ohio, they traveled the world serving in the US Air Force. After retiring, John attended Columbia Biblical Seminary. They then served 9 years ministering to International Students at the University of South Carolina and eventually came to Jackson to serve at the Happy Church.
